This little girl showed up at my dad's house on Sunday. Any guesses to breed (s)?

It's amazing how dogs can be comfortable in almost any spot they can find.

He can't be trusted off leaf yet plus there's leash laws in town. It's either 30ft or 50ft. Let's him run in circles which apparently he loves haha

    Found it. They make a 1/2" 30' and a 3/8" 50'

    http://www.gundogsupply.com/-2456-.html

I went with the 1/2" 30' check because he's oddly strong for a 40lb dog and would rather have the extra strength than cord length. There's also a 7/16" 50' cord on there that wasn't available whenever I got the cord I have now. Probably would have gotten that one because 30ft runs out quick with a dog haha.

Plus it's great to have because I just hook him up to it and let him out to do his business, no more standing in the rain/snow waiting him to find the perfect spot to shit.

I had the 30' check cord for our last pup. Loved that thing. I got a cheapo one to replace it, as the original was stolen when my truck was broken into, and I wish I had gotten that orange 1/2" 30' again.

I had a yellow twisted rope from tractor supply originally...the thing frayed like crazy and knotted itself into solid unusable lump. This one is 1000 times better.

Got her 6 months ago. Amazing dog, doesn't tear anything up when we leave her alone at the house, doesn't eat anyone's food until you give it to her, hardly has an accident in the house. Never barks unless someone we don't know comes to the front door.

The 30' check cord was one of the best things I have bought for my dog. It finally tore up about 6 months ago and I really miss it. Ash will run ahead about 20ft and having that extra 10ft of rope hanging around makes easy work of stopping him before he can chase a deer. I need to get another one...maybe ill pick one up at the store tomorrow.
