    Come on folks. Honda built the perfect grocery and kid hauler. And all they had to do was cut off the rear of a Pilot, add a composite bed, and something like a truck was born. Of course it rides a little low, has only a 5 ft. Bed, comes in one trim, and will have a high price.
    You must give them credit though. It has a Truck look and was no doubt a lot cheaper to design and build. My take is it will sell like crazy and many women will love it. Husbands will too because now they can have what looks like a Truck. What a novel idea!

    I would like to add that my Honda Minivan (I had an 07) did just fine serving as a truck hauling all sorts of shit like concrete block. It even towed my trailer and two quads better than my Taco ever has; I've mentioned this before. People don't want to believe me on this and its hard to admit to myself because I love my Tacoma, but its the truth. So we can make fun of this Honda truck all we want, but chances are it just may serve as a better truck (likely not hold up as good due to chassis design) than our Tacomas.

    Let the shit storm begin :crapstorm:

    Remember, many were referring to the Gen 2.5 Tacoma as butt ugly(and still do) and what do you know; it sells! My guess is the new Ridgeline will sell just fine too. Soccer mom alternative vehicle. California surfer dude vehicle. Even dirt bike rider vehicle. It Comes with a similar car engine just like the mighty Tacoma, so it can't be all that bad, can it?

    Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
    Hell no she wants a 1st gen double cab like mine, a real truck has rear wheel drive and a solid rear axle. None of the true working trucks are front wheel drive for a reason, everything from Tacomas, to diesels to big semis are all rear wheel drive and have heavy duty rear axles. CV axles could never hold up to the abuse of heavy hauling and towing.

    The Honda Ridgeline is a crossover SUV with a bed. I like Honda, but they should just stick to cars and stay away from trucks IMHO. Trying to capitalize on that market that's owned by Toyota is going to take a long as time.
