How much did you spend? I had around $1000 in the system in my truck. The head unit i sold you was like 500 alone.

 

I go out there fairly frequently since my family is out there so if anyone wants stuff, I can help get it back to east MA.

Well I still have that head unit but I have over $700 just into the front and rear speakers with adaptors. Amp and sub/sub box and wires still yet to go

 

Bling bling!!!! It's nice to have a good sounding car. big fan of the audio package in the Ford Explorers at work. Sadly my truck has so many rattles bangs and thumps I took my system out as it took up more space than it was worth.

If anyone is interested I have my old JL 10" and matching amp in my basement. It's probably not worth anything as it's probably 10 years old but it's free if anyone wants it. Would be good for a trail rig lol.

I may need to upgrade my stereo at some point. Last couple of summers when it gets hot out my radio shuts itself off why?

Slept like shit last night. Got really windy around midnight and started moaning around the window frames every so often, so the dog kept jumping up and charging out of the bedroom barking because she's a paranoid doofus.

 

You guys actually listen to the radio? LOL..... Makes me feel old. Sirius 100/101 pretty much 99.99% of the time. String a couple coke cans together with baling wire and Howard still sounds the same.

Yep. I'm cheap and the radio's free. Mostly NPR, because they're doing the news during my commute to and from work. Occasionally I'll switch to Alt Rock or Classic Rock if the news pisses me off.

But, since I don't need a high-power system to listen to the news my radio's still stock, lol.

I called into the Wrap Up Show yesterday and actually got on the air!! I think I might have been the very first call they took. Wanted to try and "defend" my fellow Portuguese bro since Howard bashed the clip they played on the show, of the guy doing David Bowie covers acoustically and in Portuguese.
