Okay. Somewhere I saw that there is a chance it might be in the spring. Which would be better for me. But I am going, either way.
Alright. Probably the beginning tomiddle of August. My buddy and I did a very similar loop last year, and it was a blast.

I like the way you are thinking there my Friend! Hmmmmm....!!! Very good point...guess I get to start buying parts again...Sweet!!! :goingcrazy:

It must be because I'm old...I do not miss a manual. Don't get me wrong...every once in a while it would be fun to take a sports car or Hot Rod out and run her through the gears :burnrubber: But the other 99% of the time??? I'll take a well built automatic.

Wwwhhhaaattt????? What do you do...roll around in a high horsepower vehicles all the time?? Or are you like 16 or 17 years old?? Dude...I was 15 years old and was already looking for more power!! Please do take this the wrong way...but your one strange bird Sir...hahaha :D

Manuals the best! Fun and also good if you want to be fuel efficient. Also helpful on snow.

I like power, I just don't need it. Right now it's more important for me to get things I need, and what I need is to get it stop breaking parts. The unfortunate side affect of the hell I put it through when I first got it and it having past owner that didn't know what the hell they were doing

Yes you do. A guy on 3rd Gen Mafia told me to go through the taillight. That would require doing a little cutting on the taillight. Not sure how exactly I want go with it yet.

    That's it Vince...crack that wipe!!

I just ran mine down the driver's side under the carpet. When I got to the cargo area...I ran the cable through one of the rubber grommets (which I siliconed back up). Once outside, just ran it over to the antenna. Was pretty easy...only took about an hour...taking my time and doing it right.

But of course @ramonortiz55 will do an awesome write up with tons of pictures. He always does super nice write-ups. Good luck!

Didn't think about doing it under the carpet. That is a good idea as well.

Wut? If I could have my choice of any vehicle to restore it would be an early 50's Chevy 5 window pick up
Then I'd get a vintage Airstream or something to tow behind it...

This is true, but I am in the mindset that a truck is supposed to be dirty lol

Forgive me TW 4Runner BS brother, my Camry had to rescued by a Jeep. Kind of the nail in the coffin for me wanting AWD, got it stuck twice now in my parents driveway. What makes me feel better is that was super buried and it took my step-dads V8 Grand Cherokee in 4-lo with Posi 5 times to get her out. That driveway is the devil.
