Thanks buddy. I need to fix my flares but the epoxy I used last time didn't work so well, not sure what I should use this time

I wanna say it was some 3M product. I used some pvc cement for my jerry can filler I made to connect a slip joint, that stuff was pretty strong but not sure it will work for the flares

Right on. I used the 3M 08223 automotive adhesive with good results for my flares. You just need the applicator gun to use though. If you need to borrow it just let me know and I can send it to you to borrow.

Good deal, I just went though and looked over your flares. Thats what I should have done instead of just cutting them off. Ill let you know, I'm gonna try another epoxy first and see how it works out. Also where did you mount your winch solenoid?

How long have you had the Rotopax on your roof? I used to keep mine up there almost all the time but I noticed the can would expand/contract greatly and rattled like a mother all the time. Any issues/solutions you've found?

I usually take mine off when I'm at home, thursday all of it comes off the roof. Mine would swell up and rattle, usually when it rattled it would just be loose again from the swelling so most of the time cranking it down again would solve that issue. Im sure you have already done and tried that, maybe the way you have it mounted is making the noise?

I have it mounted similar to you with the backer plate across the roof rack rails. It was the most annoying come spring/fall when the temperature fluctuations were significant. I didn't want to get things too tight when the rotopax was cold for fear that it would be too constrained and burst when hot. Perhaps that is an unfounded worry but my experience sounds similar to yours.
