Good lift?

I am looking for a cheap way to lift my 98 tacoma and came across this:

Don't use blocks in the rear, will cause premature sagging of rear leaf packs. Save your money and do it correctly. Get the Bilstein 5100 for the front and rear and get either AALs, shackles or new leaf packs.

 

so, this kit would be a waste of money?
