40+ points is about what that kind of offense/QB is gonna put up on anyone.

Lucky we didn't turn it over trying to keep up.

One can never have too many light bars.
EX: Muschamp although he's going to get a shot at redemption. I think recruiting is the number one hardest thing in College football so it all will depend on if Kirby can attract the top tier talent that he has been getting to go to Bama.

What do you think about Helfrich? My friend is an Oregon alum and he's sick of him.

You mean like 5 turnovers for 24 points only to win by 6?

    Yeh, I agree. ;)

    Head unit. That's it.

Actually, I mean the lucky bounce off of a helmet that C.Kelley barely got out of his hands by tossing a prayer, where the OM receiver happened to catch it and run it in for a touchdown. Without that, OM loses by 1......with ALLLLLLL those turnovers.

Kirby seems to be doin OK so far. #1 ILB in the country has UGA at number 1, and supposedly another 5* LB is signing wherever he signs.

This is great to hear! The University of Georgia and their fans have been so supportive of him the past few months. There are a lot of Bulldog fans in Baton Rouge now

Yea it was awesome to see the support and the university accepting him as one of their own. I know they brought him on the field during senior day and he was covered in UGA gear from head to toe. It's nice to see stories like that instead of all the negative articles in college football.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Oregon picked up Brady Hoke as the new DC. I like this hire. He's a good defensive guy. Also should be a good recruiter for our awful defense.

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- One of the most effective usages of Ohio State's new $252 million, 15-year agreement with Nike would be to cut a $50,000 check to all 85 scholarship football players.

Right off the top. That would be $4.25 million per year. The new deal, which doesn't take effect until 2018, includes both cash and products, as well as some perks like internships, to reach that $252 million amount. But the cash is at least $7.75 million per year.

So it could be done. Except it's not permissible. The NCAA doesn't allow it. That's not the world we're in yet.

Ohio State athletes have received almost $3,000 per year under the NCAA rule allowing schools to increase the scholarship value to the full cost of attendance. They are fed better and more often, with Ohio State sinking $1.5 million into food for athletes under recent NCAA rule changes.

Athletes' lives have improved. Not $50,000 a year improved, but improved. That's where this Nike deal fits.

The $252 million number is so huge, it's natural if some are aghast at all this dough over shoes and T-shirts and uniforms and a swoosh. Even as it's clear that the world of college athletics has changed, and continues to change, that's a natural reaction rooted in the way it used to be.

"It's huge and I understand that and some people will look on it negatively," Ohio State athletic director Gene Smith said on Thursday night during a phone conversation when I asked about any downside or trepidation about a megadeal like this. "But you know how we operate. This whole deal is going back to our kids, and once it's in play, that's going to be huge."

College football is fast becoming like pro sports. Those with the most $$ on average wins. Of course there are exceptions like the dallas cowboys. I just don't like this trend.

Anxiously anticipating another mediocre season battling it out for the best of the bottom feeders in the Big XII! Let's go Mountaineers. I'll always be a fan but the move to the Big XII was our biggest mistake. Wish we could've gotten into the ACC
