A slew of pricey stuff my wife hates me for.
Fuck that guy. That's like jumping in a gator infested swamp and expecting the park rangers to come save you.

Make your bed and sleep in it, like a fucking man.

    Hello
The story is I have a Curtis snow plow that I use for home use.
    This weighs in around 500lbs.
This season I noticed how low the front end is when I put the plow on.
I've only 270,000 in my Taco . yup stock front end.
I did replace the rear springs. No shocks
I would like to replace the springs and shocks up front .. shocks in the rear also.
I'm not looking to raise it just bring it back to stock height.
Is there some one that sells a combination for what I'm looking for?
Would they be stronger than stock springs?
Any info would be welcomed!
    Thanks
    Sean

Do you want the front end at stock height with the 500 lbs on the front or unloaded? Would you be willing to go a little taller than stock unloaded?
You might want to look into just a fresh set of springs and shocks (buy someone's new take offs) and something like Superbumps or Timbren bump stops. They are basically just a taller, load carrying bump stop so they'd help support the front end when loaded, but you'd maintain stock height and ride when unloaded.

I think the lowest lift with the highest spring rated coils would be the Eibachs. Do those with a set of 5100's set at 0" and a AAL in the so it was level would be a good bet if you want to add some resistance to sagging with the suspension. Mike's idea with the Superbumps and Timbren's is very good as well and wouldn't effect the everyday ride either

Only 500lbs? I'm jealous, lol. My fisher's up around 750 or better. Squats the front end about 2-3 inches when I lift it.

I'd also vote for the Timbren stops, but keep in mind that they can act like a pogo stick on the bumps and may cause some plow jumping, so make sure your chain's in good shape and well-secured.

I just use a USB stick full of mp3s (nearly 11k). Once in a while I may use Pandora or the radio.

Not only while plowing but any time they get hit because they are designed to push back a bit. If it was me I'd do the suspension (which is not expensive) because his is well used and needs to at least be refressed so why not update a little bit. Then if more is needed I'd add the Superbumps because they are less invasive

If he's just going to do the bumpstops I'd say then do the Timberens because he probably needs all the help he can get

Right, that's what I was talking about. It'd be more of a risk while he wasn't plowing because the suspension would be squatted more. If he hit a bump that bounced off the Timbrens he'd have some epic plow slam (which sounds terrible when it happens) and if his chain's not secured his plow can drop down and damage itself on the road surface. I was having that problem with the Dodge a couple of years ago, before I replaced the front leaves.

I still buy them. Seems I'm going to have to buy online now, since stores like FYE and Newbury Comics seem to be shrinking the CD sections in their stores.

I own 2 burned discs, and that is only b/c at the time they weren't released in a physical. I burn my rare stuff and use those as well, but otherwise I hate the sound quality loss with MP3.

Fkn hate FYE. No, I don't want replacement plans on my discs..I own discs i bought when I was 16 that still play fine. No, I don't want your damn free magazines. And no I don't want a membership. I'm just buying a fucking CD.

Newbury is my favorite, but the store 15 min away from me closed a year ago so sadly FYE is closer for me now unless I'm near the Kingston or Norwood area.
