The Golden Triangle (Beaumont, Port Arthur, Nederland)

This comes as a complete surprise to me.

 

My brother called me last week and said he was coming down, haven't seen him since middle of last year so we are going to my dads land to shoot and hunt

Thats a good question, he didnt say exactly lol. Yep you can get them there, might call ahead and make sure they haven't ran out though.

Walk the trails/or ride with someone Friday. It'll give you a feel for things and if you can do it.

 

You could leave it at the campground, while you ride with someone............or be a permanent spotter, lol

 

Dis, spotting is pretty fun for me, gives you another perspective of wheeling. If anything you can mess around in some of the "playground" areas, they're pretty fun just to test things out on your truck.

 

nobody wants their bedsides caved in, we can just do the easier stuff and plan another trip when it isn't so wet

 

Dis too, also I was just kidding about the bedsides caving in, I was just saying it feels like it too me cause the turn seems so narrow. In all reality anyone can make it through that corner wet&dry without damage. I'm sure we'll have enough of a team effort to make sure no-one goes home with any damage more that slider scratches and some pin striping.

I know someone was talking about a big pit and we could just bring food to grill on it. I just don't remember who that was. It was in the other thread.

Haha you can do that, bring some good stuff for dinner.

Some of the campsites has pavillion with standalone "pits" for you ot cook in and most should have places for fires if you want to go that route. I think we'll be cooking on both our stoves and an open fire.


Also everyone that's convoying up, were meeting at 10 AM at the Brick Oven Pizza parking lot in Lumberton

 

So what do I need to bring food wise since your cooking on the stove?
