First of all , special thanks to @rrentrop for providing me with these awesome decal insert letters ! I tried out the decals in matte black and anthracite . My taco is black . I fell in love with the anthracite, but Im not sure if I like the matte black. From a distance you can hardly notice the matte black. On the other hand , the anthracite stands out pretty well! I only did the "T" and the "A" letters. Take a look guys ... image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

From what I can tell, I would completely agree with you. I can't even tell where the flat black letters are. The anthracite pops nicely.

Colorado is a beautiful State but I don't think I could tolerate all that snow. I lived in Northern Japan for 4 years and it snowed a couple hundred inches a winter (look at a map and see how close the northern tip of Japan is to Siberia) and that was enough for me. However I did love driving through the mountains of Northern Japan.

@CAM37 Yea the matte black is pretty damn hard to see on a black taco. Maybe you can see them better in sunlight. I'll try to take pics tommarow. The only reason I wanted to try out the matte black was bc my hood scoop graphic is matte black as well so I wanted to match it.

Yea I can't stand the snow sometimes either. Especially in the area where I live. I'm literally live in the woods and mountains so it's snows three times as much here than in the city! Oh lord those pics are insane man!!! Almost hard to belive they're real Hahaha.

I understand your logic with the matte black and yeah, let's see them in good sunlight and see what they look like.

Oh, trust me, those pics are real alright.

I like them both. The matte black is subtle but will eliminate the reflections. I think that might appeal to some people. The silver on black almost looks white in the pics that I have seen. The anthracite really pops on black. Thanks for posting these and I love to see some daylight shots.

That's what the roads look like in the mountains of northern Japan after a long winter. You can see the different amounts of snowfall by looking at the horizontal lines... similar to aging a tree by the circles of a cross cut of the trunk. :)
