I would say your first line of tracking should be to find out if it's FDA approved, cuz if it isn't, chances are it's not as safe as they may make it sound. I won't take anything that isn't FDA certified because 1. They are trying to get around real testing to ensure safety, or 2. They don't have the money to properly test it, which is a bad decision right there. Then i'd just google it and read up all i can. I'm sure other people have taken this and made their experience known.

Yeah that stuff definatley works. I have used several time and had great results. Get some superpump250 to wash down the rapid cuts and you'll have workouts like no other.

I think most of this " miracle stuff ", "loose weight, build muscles, enhance a man's manhood size" etc. has not been even looked at nor tested by the FDA. I don't take any of it myself.

Even Multi Vitamins are not FDA approved in most cases but they are USP tested which verifiy's the ingredients, potency and manufacturing process. www.uspverified.org <- got some of this off a Vitamin bottle.

getting twitchy means that you are stimulant sensitive. but you definitely need to make sure that you are drinking roughly 1-1/2 gallons of water a day. also do you take any other pre-workout supps?? if you do you need to watch out how close together you take that and the rapidcuts. the rapidcuts looks like stimulant loaded product. but that the same with anything in the weight-loss category. you dont really have to worry about them being fda approved as most sports supplements are not tested or approved by the fda. also you dont really need to worry about them impacting your liver too much either. if you are taking any methylated products or pro hormones or if you drink alot then you can grab a cheap bottle of milk thistle to help out. there are tons of products out there. i dont have any experience with allmax products but it looks to be a solid base. just remember that if you goal is to gain muscle taking any type of burner will also cause you to burn muscle as well. therefore limiting your gains. let me knowt if you have any other questions about this stuff.

well thats a very basic and effective diet. look up online if you havent and figure out what your body type is. ectomorph, endomorph mesomorph. once you figure that out it will help you determine how to effectively plan out a diet tailored to your goals. for instance.. most people try to avoid carbs, but the way that my metabolism is, i actually need a decent amount of carbs in order to stay lean and full. a good place to look is on www.bodybuilding.com theres a great amount of information there. everything from supplements to proper exercise form to diet to nutrition to getting the right amount of sleep.
