    A few of the bumper co's offer weld it yourself kits for their bumpers so maybe you could just purchase the frame mounting pieces only ? Wouldn't hurt to ask...

    I had the Beast for a few years it was a great notcher until the hole saw would catch! Arm snapper now that I have employees with workman's comp I ditched it for the TN-300 a much safer notcher. That will now sit in the corner of the shop until we have a crazy notch the Dragon can't do like in the middle of a bend.

    Well, what's the price tag on something like that? I wouldn't mind plopping down a chunk of change on a CNC bender as well for production runs. How much can I get for a kidney again?

    Yeah that was exactly my thought process on it, the 45 is good to about 1/2", would be very rare I'd imagine going over 1/4" :cool:

    One of the reason's I chose to go to Oregon Tech for mechanical engineering. They actually have machining, welding, and other required shop/lab classes as part of their curriculum.
