    LOL. My buddy has a Tundra, which he uses to plow with as well as haul a 16ft double axle trailer with lawn mowing equipment on it, and has studded tires on it for the winter, and that's exactly how it sounds like.

    Haven't noticed excessive noise, but I usually have the tunes up!

    Handling wise, the only difference I notice is they feel "lighter", maybe quicker handling? That may be due to the fact they are 255s and I've been on 285s for the last 5+ years!

    Anyhow, I haven't notice much, if any, difference running the studs!

    I'm on my third set of DuraTracs! Excellent all around AT! Fantastic on snowy,icy roads!

    The ST MAXXs are new to me! I got them studded to use strictly for winter! I've only put around 100 miles on them so no true experience! I've heard and read good things!

    Very clean job, and easy to see inside without opening the case. Just make sure to put some armor-all or something on the plastic every now and then. I use Plano cases for my electronic tools and they always fracture after a few years. I think they use PVC instead of ABS plastic.

    I bought them form MCM Fab, speak with Matthew, hes awesome and will help answer any questions you have. Hes been one of the BEST reps (i think hes the owner?) ive worked with on something.

    I did fab the roof rack mounts to fit with these mounts, since they utilize the same 2 holes on the roof.
