You 3rd gen guys need to get a bit more original with your mods, that's a popular 2nd gen mod.

Go back through the previous pages from this post and the process is there. It is not a clean step by step, as @Dj Suisav was helping me out through the posts.
Hope it helps. It is great to have the power back there.
Also @ERMB did this too. He may have better pics or suggestions too.
    Good luck.

Soooo, you avoided existing proper lifts in lieu of a spacer lift while you wait for a proper lift? Seems legit.

Not bad at all. I may have to try this for a while to see how I like it until I can get a TRD cat back.

@blkbelt42 check this out and see if it's what you're looking for.

Shush you lol. It was also a popular gen 1 mod too to change your truck.

I finally got my SR5 a couple of days ago. I ordered it with the upgrade to the 16-in. silver alloy wheel. Per the 2016 Tacoma brochure, I was expecting this wheel:
    s-l500.jpg

However, it came with the wheel below. Has anyone seen the wheel below? I like it but I'm a little stumped on where exactly the manufacturer (Toyota San Antonio) or the distributor (Gulf States Toyota in Houston) got this wheel from. Thanks
