    Sure, depending on size of cable, too big is kinda tough to package and get where you might want it to go. If I remember your chargers use 2 or 4 gauge which would make great battery and winch power leads.
    Just make sure to check for any pinched or cut insulation, your truck will burn down before that stuff burns thru
