    1/2 c Sour cream
    1-2 garlic cloves minced
    2-3 chipotle chile's in adobo minced (more for more heat)
    Zest of 1 lime
    Juice of 1 lime
    Salt/pepper to taste
    Best of made a few hours ahead....or overnight!



    IMO, the sauce to accompany Fish tacos! :thumbsup::anonymous:

    Just wiped up some lemon sage pork chops on a bed of citrus potato salad with a side of broccolini. Super easy, super tasty.

    Beautiful book, engaging commentary...haven't decided which recipe to try first. Some of the ingredients are hard to find outside of Scandinavia.
