Haha. Just hasn't been high on the priority. It is quite the eye sore though I agree.

The only thing that I am concerned with at this location is the potential interference when I put stuff on my rack. We shall see

Hey do ya mind me asking where you got your wheels from?
eBay has a bunch but I'm worried of knock offs and then the OEM ones are damn near $200/wheel!

These are the ones I've had on both of my rigs. They aren't Toyota OEM but the are practically identical. I have a friend who insisted on having Toyota OEM wheels like these and ordered them from the dealership. When he got them in we compared them and the only difference was his wheels have "Toyota" stamped into the inside of the wheels. They both say "made in Taiwan" hahahahahaha!! They also sell sets of 4. The only thing is they don't come with "TRD" center caps so you have to order them separately. Cheers

Good to know, appreciate it! Definitely not going OEM then and gonna save some $$$ for other mods :D!

It's so much harder finding black wheels for these 2nd Gens than the 1st Gen I feel like :pccoffee:

Also-- have you had any issues with the wheels?
i.e. finish peeling/fading, any warping, etc.?

No problems at all actually. They balance fine, look great, hold up well, and are a lot less expensive than the OEM ones. I really like the 17" TRD PRO 4Runner wheels but I won't pay $250 a wheel for them. Gotta pick and choose what to spend money on and wheels aren't high up on that list.

    They are sweet though....

Well..... I believe all of the Toyota wheels are enter changeable between 1st and 2nd gens but the 1st gen has more aftermarket options because the brake calipers aren't as large. I am a huge fan of Toyota wheels though. They are super solid and use huge beefy lug nuts.

Those FN wheels are sweet. They are a half inch wider than mine which is cool. They also have less back spacing which will give a wider stance which is cool but could cause rub. They are still $200 a wheel which is a bit high. They also use those aftermarket lugs which I hate!! The star pattern lugs that you have to use a key on. I've broken a couple of those on the set of pro comp wheels I had on my last truck. That was when I went back to a Toyota wheel
