So, that was fun. Groups that big however, not as fun. That was a logistical nightmare it time to turn around, several of us didn't even get to see the top. I don't like limiting how many can go, but if we have over 10 I think we need split two groups. Brian was right.

I ended up heading up Middle Fork today just to blow off some steam. There was some heavy snow towards the 2nd half and really shitty surface conditions throughout in general. Truck did great, even bone stock. But probably nothing compared to what you gents were dealing with!

Its always hard to organize meets. You want to let everyone go but sometimes you do have to limit things.Even hard I think is getting someone to organize/lead it. Theres never a problem getting people to go but having someone set it all up and be the lead vehicle seems to be the hard part :)

Especially around us the trails just arent big enough for one huge group

No worries, I didn't actually think I'd go today but it was a last minute idea for going outside with the girl. First time "offroad" with the truck, so we took it easy. There will be plenty more times :)

image.jpg image.jpg :D I do admit it is nice to get to know new people and talk about wheeling/trucks and all, I just think its better to do a meet and greet, have a beer and talk like we did on the way home today.

It was definitely fun no matter. We couldn't have made it to the top without @JimSnell 's friend with the jeep on 40's.. A good 3 feet of snow at the top but it wasn't very good snow.

Not a pain. Impossible. We had to turn around in two different locations, and several of us never got to see the top, just because there was no room.

Oh yeah also learned wireless winch remotes aren't all they are cracked up to be.. When your on top of a mountain and it picks up some signal, the winch gets a mind of its own
