Before I ready your post, I thought those dogs had a bad case of dandruff, was about to recommend Doggy Head And Shoulders.

Good Morning everyone! It's snow flurries in sunny Southern Md. Going to run this morning and then settle in for football watching with the wife this afternoon. Whatever you are doing I hope you enjoy this day.

Games yesterday were pretty good but man, do I dislike that team from Foxboro. Glad to see the Cardinals win though, that was a seriously exciting game. Today's games should be very good too !

I'm with you CAM!! I'd rather stick my arm in a bag of bees than to see the Pats go to the Super bowl...again

It is up to -19F this morning, windchill in the -30's below. I think today will be a good day to sit around and watch football, although the dogs might have something else to say about that. Neither of them seemed to mind the cold this morning and my coffee ended up freezing before we came back inside.

And just think there is whole nother Country North of me... Yesterday was on a photo forum and someone was talking about temps and weather, and they are similar to here. Come to find out he is in the middle of Siberia, when I found that out have to admit that it was a bit demoralizing.

Dogie winter picture from yesterday. The photography challenge on here this week is using the Golden Ratio to frame a subject so I parked it right between his eyes. Think I like it but would like to get out and try a few more landscape pictures. But it is cold enough the thought of putting my arm in that bag of bees might be less painful.

    Morning 50's.
    Did something I never do.
I WAITED till this morning to get rid of the 7" of white stuff.
Came home and said screw it last night.
So much more fun this morning. The JD ACTUALLY KICKED ASS.
After all was done I dropped the tailgate on the Tacoma and sat with a cup of coffee in the drive for about an hour. Just some me time. Winter is about 1/3 over.
    Gonna watch the games.
I would like to see the pats win another super bowl but I don't think it's gonna happen.
Mike, may I use your pic as a wall paper. Wonderful shot.....

Minor setback....in the form of a small kidney stone. Passed it about 3am this morning. Back on the pain meds for a couple days. OK...Back to sleep!

Got to love John Deere, especially for snow removal! Of course you can Mike, and thank you.

I hope that was the last speed bump for ya Bluegrass! Although many would say passing a stone would be a major event in itself. And hope that you get plenty of rest and recovery.

Geez... you need to employ the Bill Murray tactic from that terrible 80s move, What About Bob... he would fake having a heart attack, theorizing that nobody every had a heart attack while faking a heart attack. Maybe you can fake having every illness known to man.

And I posted these pics in another thread recently but if you think your winter is bad, these are the kinds of winters I experienced in northern Japan. Take a look at a map once and see how close the northern tip of Japan is to Siberia. There are from the mountain areas very close to where I lived. Down off the mountains, we would get 200-300 inches of snow in the winter.

I would love to see the equipment that shoots the snow over the top. Lol
