Nice dude! Can't wait to see this rig in action soon. Do you think drawers would really be worth the money though?

I saw a bed slide on CL the other day. Might be another option?

That pic with the fridge slid out onto the tailgate, that not as far as it goes is it? Looks like the slides only go a short distance?

    Thanx Dudes!

Can't wait to get out put everything to good use. DIY drawers will be worth the money.

Yea it's all the way out, the slide is mounted 5" back from being up against the tailgate. The slide length is 28.5" just bigger than the fridge itself, when you open the slide it can move forward up to 28.5" (the length of itself) till it locks in place.

I'd like the drawer option better because I like the thought of gear staying in place on a fixed platform while getting into the drawer underneath. With the bed slide everything slides out when I may just need one thing. A drawer system seems like a nice organization mod and the bed slide is just an expensive go go gadget arm lol

His name is Finley, he's a 5 month old Blue Heeler (pure Australian cattle dog). My fiancé and I rescued him in upstate NY this morning. His breed has a love for the outdoors just as much as every one of us. He's going to be an ol' salty dog at home roaming the beach and a great trail dog when we get out on adventures. He's going everywhere with me.

My buddy has one, they are quick!

Thanx. You can tell even as a pup he like to try to herd me on walks. He stays at my feet same pace fast or slow, pretty fun to mess with him hah. His surroundings are so new he's just trying to figure everything out. Took him to the beach (probably his first time ever) and he loved it. On our return home he gets on his own sent from the walk out and leads the way home.

Good lookin' dawg! So jealous of the fridge, looks like you're really making progress! I can't wait for it to warm up a bit so I can install the rest of my mods that are sitting in my garage, yes... I said "garage". :p

I went from a golden retriever to this:

    Tavish:
    10-07_33c44de2dc14a5c79731dca8323d16f199e7e901.jpg

    Then added his girlfriend Maisy:
    maisy_8mo002_2686d8b4611a613cca60d8e1761ae5e02c7ac0ba.jpg

Tavish & Maisy are affectionately known as Toothache & Migraine.

Then the first of three crews (Fergus, Fiddich, & Fife):
    022_67f75cf51ab6bd28e2a474f264e00f3a2325193e.jpg

Tavish and Maisy no longer breed, but they are great for controlling the vermin on my property!

Tavish goes everywhere with me. He is smart as a whip.

You will enjoy that beautiful dog. Congrats!
