I'm not disconnecting the brake light. If it's just the relay, couldn't I swap it to a different one or something?

 

After searching online. Seems like this was an option you payed 300 bucks for

try taking the third brake light out. There should be a small relay hanging off of it. just have to cut it off and attach the wire back.

 

I paid 50 bucks for 10 of them lol don't even know what I'm going to do with 10....

 

Or...! Take it back to the dealer and tell them to remove it.

 

Legally you can't. Since the 4R is predominately a soccer mom-mobile, which means a soccer team or some reasonable sized group of kids is in the vehicle, which means then that bus rules come into effect, which means that the flashing stop light must stay installed.

Just don't make too much noise or else next you'll need to start stopping at railroad crossings with your hazards on and have to open the passenger door to look for trains before proceeding.

Or, maybe I'm just a bit messed up in the head....
