    Nice, my parents were flipped from that. Dad went to Clemson and mom G-Tech. Wide and I grew up in Lugoff, moved to the upstate so Incould go to Clemson while she went to USC upstate, moved back to cola, then Charlotte for my job, then here after she finished her master and took a job as a nurse practitioner. Out of the three Cola<Greenville<Charlotte. The main thing putting Greenville above Cola is the proximity to the Asheville area.

    That's the truth. Bad drivers, a couple of breweries with overpriced beer, same old restaurant chains everywhere else has, and too many college students with daddy's money.

    The license to broadcast on the GMRS bands is just a fee that you pay to get the license. It doesn't require call signs so technically there is no way to enforce if the user is a license holder. Programing is simple. I haven't played with it much but it should have better range than most CBs
