Did you get the Gorilla E-T or E-T XL lugs? Also which gorilla wheel lock will work best for the 7089 setup?

Hey, sorry. I got the E-T XL lug nuts with the spline drive setup. As far as wheel locks, I can't help you. I'm just hoping the spline drive will deter theft.

I ordered lugs for my 7089s from Wheelers and service and shipping time was great!
Don't forget to order four locking lugs in the same style.
I thought I wanted black lugs but the chrome (IMHO) ended up looking good on the wheels.

yeah, that item number you posted is correct. i also ordered from wheelers and had a good experience with them. just give them a call and let them know what application you need lug nuts for and theyll take care of you.

Congrats!... just make sure to check the lugs when you get them. put one in the hole on the wheel when its off the truck and look from the back side of the wheel you should see 1/8-1/4 of space between the shank on the lug and the surface of the wheel that contacts the hub and make sure if you have a shop install these that you insist they torque the lugs and not install them with an impact.

I"m confused. So correct ProComp 7089 non hub centric or hub centric? Everyone tells me different. I contacted procomp by email and they say non hubcentric for my 2009 trd sport

I have the NON hub-centric on mine. I was under the impression that the hub-centric version was for a Chevrolet application which uses a smaller bore diameter than Toyota. Although when I put mine on(and just recently rotated them), they are so tight, one would think they are hub-centric when their not!

so i got the non hub centric version. How does your center cap fit on the hub? Mine was very tight and had to hammer it onto the hub. So pretty much the center cap is part of the hub now.

Mine are on there pretty tight as well. I just rotated my tires and all the caps stayed in place. They didn't budge. It's as if they are hub-centric the tolerances are so tight.

So to sum this thread up and clarify for myself:

I have a 2009 TRD Off Road A/C, right now im running stock TRD O/R wheels (which I believe are 16x7, 5in backspace) with 265/75/16 BFG All Terrains. I dont like how far inside the wheel well my tires/wheels are, and Im hoping these wheels will fix that problem:

I want to order Pro Comp 7089s in 16x8, 6 on 5.5 bolt pattern, 4.5in backspacing, NON hub centric.
    (2nd one down, P/N PXA7089-6883)
    http://www.4wheelparts.com/partLists.aspx?plID=3635&w=1113-11

is this correct? Please only answer if you are positive, i want to order these tonite.

Also I plan on ordering the XL chrome lugs from wheelers.
