10 min from Locust Grove on South Ola Rd. I've taken it part of the way but not entire length. Looks like on satellite it runs into the abandoned outdoor shooting range. I might try it today since I'm off if you want to meet up.

 

Can you still drive to the top of Bell Mtn or did they ever close it?

 

Bell should be still open, haven't been up this year but I did back in November. But sliders are a must unless you want to destroy your rocker panels at the top rock

 

Just saw this. Did you go? I don't even know where it is. How do you get there from the Locust Grove area?

 

I did go but didn't take entire trail. I Chickened out since I was by myself cause some areas looked as if you would need a spotter. I didn't see any signs for no trespassing but the trail does start out by the power lines and then takes a sharp left on back into the woods. It's easy to get to from Locust Grove. Bethlehem Rd is about 2 miles north of Locust Grove off of 42 north by the Chevron and the trail is next to the power lines about a 1/4 mile down.

 

Oh okay. That's like 15 mins from my house.

 

Anybody in the Augusta area, or know of any cool trails/WMAs to check out around here?

Same, go from 11 am to 9:15 pm Tuesday and Thursday, then work 8-5 Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

 

I'm 8 to 3 mon-fri.....
