So I know there are those of you out there that need to tune their CB radio setups and buying the SWR meter isn't exactly cheap considering it is a once in a blue moon tool. So today I picked a nice SWR/Field Strength meter up at Goodwill and as a courtesy to TacomaWorld and its fine users I will ship it free of charge to the next person who says they need one, with the one stipulation that they then send it to the next person that says they need one. So essentially you get it shipped to you free and then when someone else needs it you ship it to them on your dime. It comes with a manual detailing how to use it, a small antenna for its built in Field Strength tester (not many people will ever need the Field Strength tester portion), a 3ft test lead, and the logbook (that @HBGIBBY so graciously included). Ideally I want this meter to make it to as many people as possible and never back to me.

Additional tuning information and great products for your CB can be found here on Right Channel Radios.

So with that I say, who needs a SWR meter?

List of those who've used the meter:

    2. @JimboAnz :D
    3. @HBGIBBY :D
    4. @anthony250f :D

Is this meter ready for the next voyage? I could use it, just installed my CB and antenna a couple weeks ago, and need to tune it.

This is very cool! I will take it next when available! We need to put a running list inside in an envelope, just your screen name and city/state you live in to track it travels, sort of like a Flat Stanley deal! :D

I bought one at radio shack. It recommends a short one, all they had was a long one. Will include in the package
