    Make sure you use waxed floss, the unwaxed tears too easy. Better yet, use some fishing line. Wear leather gloves so you don't cut up your hands. Do it on a warmer day or heat up the glue with a hair drier.

    I plastidipped mine yesterday (V6 and both tacoma badges), and I am not sure whether I like them any better than the chrome or not. I think I will end up removing all 3.

    I have seen a picture here and there of 3rd gens with the door badges removed (one red and one MGM). I'm sure there's a silver sky one somewhere...does anyone know of one you can link me to?
