    It may or may not involve molle pouches. :D

    I've had great success with rivnuts. I've always used my own home made tools for setting them though. One of these days I'll buy the actual tool.

    Love my CO2 setup. Perfect for air tools and airing tires.

    How big of a tank is adequate? Also what else do you need for a basic setup? Tank, regulator of some sort, hose, fitting, and mount?

    Yes. I have a 20lb in the apartment since I can't have a compressor. When I work on the truck I pull the regulator off the 10lb and go to town.

    That's the cheapest adjustable regulator that I have found. You need 90psi for tools, and maxed out for airing tires.
