Ok so Tim and I are gonna drop the gas tank for the Chevy swap and later on I'll have a 4-link, which requires a gas tank relocate so we figured let's do it now. Also bye taco lean maybe and yes there's a loss in bed space and I'm fine with it.

Also there will be a trail toys skid up for grabs.

I'm thinking throw the lift and control arms on, cmc and cut up the truck some and figure out what else is needed for 35s I'll have to research but I just don't have the cash to buy 33s then a few months later switch to 35s :( I mean maybe if I found cheap 285s I could

You can run 35s in the front and rear without a lift once you clearance. Can always bring my truck over and go off of it. I have a hacksaw too

Sounds good, a few people are telling me not to cut up the truck and do 285s so I haven't fully decided yet

So funny that you posted this. I have been contemplating getting an undercover winch for the front of my truck. As a PreRunner with Mechanical Limited Slip Diff (originally open diff. I added the LS diff 50,000 miles ago, new OEM Toyota diff) I know that I pretty much maxed out its traction capabilities for a 2WD.

A winch ans snorkel are 2 things that I would like to have but I just don't see the point in putting more money into this truck. Plus, I don't knwo how to install those items. I would gladly pay someone to do so but don't know anyone that could.

However, a winch can come in handy & (I've read) that snorkels also improve gas mileage. Don't know if that's true but that's what I've read.

Slap a detroit locker in there and you'll have more traction

I sold my open diff to @PMK & he bought it for the sole purpose of installing a Detroit Tru-Trac on there. I don't know about the locker though.

BTW, I looked into that Bush Winch for a bit just now. Let me tell you, it looks good & I love the simplicity of it. Cheaper than any winch set-up that I've seen plus no electrical connections or extra wires PLUS it can be used in forward AND reverse.

DAMMIT! Why are there so many things for me to spend my money on?!?!?!?!
