That's BS man! You are paying a premium for DELIVERY services. That's one main reason that you have to pay more for a package that is the same size yet weighs more than a second package. They factor in compensation for having to deal with the bulk.

I had a UPS guy pull in my driveway to deliver a set of tires, not my normal driver, and told me if I wanted my tires then I could go unload them myself. I kindly asked if he or UPS planned to compensate me for my time and effort as well as for me having to do part of the work I had already paid for. He respond with something along the lines of I was a crazy mofo and he was gonna leave with my tires. So I once again in a calm manner pointed out the fact that he sideswiped my mailbox while backing in to my driveway and that before he left I was gonna need to file a police report for homeowners insurance purposes. He didn't like that. So he unloaded them by pushing them out the backdoor and drove off like a mad man. Contacted UPS when he left and reported his vulgar lazy ass. Got a new mailbox and part of my shipping costs refunded.

 

Mike, Gid, I ended up having to come home early from my trip for a funeral so that's why I never hit y'all up. I'll get to meet y'all at LBL. At least I can say I've been through Memphis now.

 

Every time I get a package from ups they leave my dog a couple treats, also if I'm there when they drop it off the normal driver always ask to see my new mods on the truck. He is a pretty cool guy though.

My normal guy is awesome as well, even the pint sized girl that fills in for him is pretty cool.

She left me a note one time saying somethingalong the lines of I hid your truck parts in the normal spot for you... p.s. I won't tell your wife you ordered more.

Or something along those lines. I thought it was funny.

I feel so vulnerable driving around with no sliders now.

IFS skid painted. Just letting it cure before install.
Sliders cut apart, re-welded, and primed. More clearance for body to flex now and kept them bolt-on. Hopefully can finish painting and install over the weekend.

Nitro bc 4wp sells yukon and I hate 4wp. They also wont let you buy nitro and have them install them...pricks
