Light boxes are a pain. Can you snap them anywhere?

 

Mine looks pretty similar but with the piling wharf sections going out to it at the base

Is your tower on the mainland side of the island ?

 

You have to stack them on a floor, they are a pain, but look pretty cool when you randomize the colors. I haven't tried putting them on a table or something similar.

 

I'm thinking of always having crappy defense at one settlement just to defend once in awhile.

 

Not sure what you mean but it's on the north side, by the crumbling house

 

They can't be snapped to anything though right? I tried a 1x1 floor piece.

 

Oh that part, no, they just snap to each other. 6x7 or so equals a wall, with a little gap on either side.

 

Just what the discotheque needs I'll have to try that

 

Lots of copper, and power it seems.

 

If only I could have a dance floor out of them. And figure out how to make em light off and on. I know that can be done, but I'm not sure how

 

Hmmm. I didn't try to get them to rotate. That would be pretty pimp. A lighted ceiling in my penthouse would be perfect for when cait wants to stay the night.

 

Mines on the west side , directly west of the power shack / antenna , my wall goes around the power shack and around the tug with the working generator and back to the tower

 

Nice I don't have a wall. I think enemies spawn randomly all over the island anyways instead of outside the perimeter in a group

 

Yeah I found that out after I already built it . I may store all my wall foundation blocks and then build another tower

 

As far as I know you can't make the light blocks rotate to be horizontal. Would be awesome.

 

I had a catwalk from my tower on the north to a 2nd tower where your tower is, but I tore it down because I needed the wood for my discotheque lol

 

But you should be able to make em blink. I've seen a video where someone made the speakers each play different notes and it played a classical song

 

Do you have Spectacle Island on your trade route network ?
