That's terrible. Interesting they quoted you such a long wait period on the original order, but only two months to correct [Read: Reorder] the truck. Godspeed in the remainder of your process.

Crinchyfriend89 ; I ordered the same truck as you on Dec 3rd 15 Checked with dealer yesterday was told "no build date yet date, the issue is with the TRD Sport 4X4 JBL Tech Black/orange stitch in Sky Silver is the Long beds ,only run these models when they have confirmed sold orders, you'll be lucky to see your truck by Easter" My response to him was I'll be driving this truck for 15 years I'll wait for 15 weeks to get what I want. It's frustrating but I'm hamstrung and Im not settling for anything less.

Ordered my truck in early November a TRD OR DCSB in quicksand with the premium and tech with JBL.
Was originally told a build date of 1/11/16 but that got moved to 1/18/16 (today)...!! and delivered by the end of the month.
Fingers crossed that its getting built and its trouble free...!!!

Mine is a lease, so we concentrated on payment not sale price.

Looking through the last few pages of posts, to me it looks like time to delivery on non-JBL models is getting faster. Maybe supply is catching up with demand on non-JBL models? JBL models are still in the 8-12 week range, maybe closer to 12 weeks?

Trying to figure out when my DCSB OR w/JBL will arrive. My clueless dealer has no idea and claims there is no such thing as allocation and dealer dailys. "It'll get here when it gets here", WTF o_O

Hi, I'm Tom and I'm a tacohaulic. I've spent many of my off hours going through miscellaneous mod pages, camping pages, aux solar power pages, tire and wheel pages and way too much time researching stuff on Amazon. Yes, I've ordered a few things too. Worst of all, I spent 3 days designing a camping platform and I haven't even ordered my shell yet. I plan on going into rehab just as soon as my truck arrives. I'll be fine. Don't worry about me.

I received an email form the dealer today. He informed me the factory has accepted the order. He stated all the ordering criteria conforms with what is available. The next update should be it is scheduled for what he calls the pipeline..

Haven't taken the plunge yet myself. Looking at getting a Limited but can't decide on color is my problem. Like silver but the blue is growing on me. I like the darker grey but looks too dark compared to previous dark grey. I could settle on white, but something just doesn't look right about it.

So far I've ordered a portable jump starter/power bank, 800 lumen reverse bulbs, a Qi charger kit, a 12v/usb receptacle, a dog waterer and a coccyx pad. Soon I'll order my Weather Techs and hopefully a shell then start building my camper platform. You should see my wish lists though. those fuckers are frightening! 11 more days till the scheduled build date. Gawd save us both, man.

I agree , we are fanatics.... How do you know the build date? Today I learned my order was accepted. I am just wondering how the system really works. Please let me know your experience so far.
