    Yea get that IFS :anonymous:

For what it's worth I never did a write up on the shock rebuild, didn't need one. I found a decent thread on it here:

    http://www.crawlpedia.com/shock_rebuild.htm

Difference is icons have a rubber boot and to depressurize and repressurize you would use a 20-22ga needle with fill adapter. Spanner wrench and some picks will make it go by fast and easy.

Thought I had enough wire to extend the harness. Will have to get that tomorrow. All that's left is just running the wire at this point so I'll finish it tomorrow!

Ya, I'm gonna hit the ifs cause it's so many bends and bolts in to pretty specific places but the transfer/tranny I'm gonna build cause I've got a BIG price of 1/4 inch that will span it all. Also just found a TON of diamond plate sheets that I'm gonna use for the bed

Been super busy at work, but was able to get my Arb compressor installed in the bed cubby and overhead switches:

Other than that, ordered an all weather Plano case for the recovery gear to be stored on the roof rack and getting ready for the 4.56 gears and rear locker to be installed at the end of February, ugh, so far away I can't wait...

The little compressor guy really isn't that bad, did not expect it to be as good as it is to be honest, can go from 15psi to 35 psi in about 3 minutes. I'll take it.

Does Pelfrey include trim for the bedsides? Or should I get some from Nathan at TT.

Yes, I used what pelfrey gave me on my plastic flares and ordered from TT for the bedside, it's a much better product.

How much did you order? It's getting near :sawzall:

Do you recommend ditching the Pelfrey stuff all together?

I'm even considering popping off my flares for giggles so may order a bunch for that as well. Just concerned about chipping.

There really isn't another option for the plastic flare other than what pelfrey sends you, the TT trim will only fit the metal as the plastic is thinner. So it's run no flares and all TT trim or run flares and mix the two. Flares helps the look though because the rear bumper is wide and the flares kind of fill it out

@Base Camp when are you heading down for the gulches trip, I planned on leaving Friday morning, so maybe try and go down together.

    @Chux when are you leaving?

Looks like a lot of people are reserving campsites at this place. Normally it's first come first serve and I don't know how they are planning to do what but I'm trying not to step on toes; so if we can all get one that'll be cool.

Planning on Friday am also. Even considered leaving Thursday evening. I don't mind driving at night and it would be nice to just be there in the am and relax. Probably too much of a push though.

Sounds like a plan to me.

Thinking about it, but I will probably leave him at home so I can have a little more freedom.

    I kid.

Seriously though i may have her watch the pups at home so I can mingle and ride with out worry.

We'll see. If she is really interested I will see if a some friends can watch them.

Angle finder, angle at CB; angle at rear diff; angle of drive shaft and tried to keep it close. 3° was a tad too much and giving me vibes at 7 mph, 2° wasn't quite enough but when I took the overload leaf out of my pack it fixed the angle better for that 2° shim, now very minor vibes at 17mph, but those mid range vibes can be fixed with shimming the CB. Take off vibes are the hardest to fix, a lot of trial and error.
