    I have.....from what I've read it works best if you cycle on/off with it. And like a steroid cycle....increasing the dose the first half (loading phase)and wean off the dose the 2nd half.

    I started it around Thanksgiving again but I'm not very good at taking it everyday. I mix it with my protein shakes but that is only on days when I workout so I don't take any on weekends and if I ever miss a workout I won't get any either. I used to fluctuate between 157-162 lbs almost daily but now I stay between 165-167 lbs so I think it helps in that regard...

    Hahaha but yeah I just Googled it and it looks like no, you don't have to cycle it really. Take up to 20g the first week every day to "load" then 5g everyday to maintain

    The only time I don't take is if I'm cutting. All creatine does is make you hold water, so some say it bloats you, but I've read other things that say the water is only stored in your muscles, so it doesn't bloat you. I don't know, so I just take a break from it for around 3-4 months a year.

    That's what you're supposed to do. 20-25g per day for a week and then cruise on 5g after that until you decide to stop. Loading it like that only gets it in your system faster and isn't even necessary.

    Also, I've read a few different things saying any more than 5 g per day longterm is useless and gets pissed out unless you're like 250 lbs lol

    I meant 20g per serving per day. I was using a tablespoon instead of a teaspoon. All I know is I pee'd out of my butt for a few days

    Omg hahaha. That happens if I do more than a scoop of preworkout. Although that stuff had never done anything for me I still take it because it helps slightly

    Yeah, from all the reading I've done on it (it's been a while), it said that you don't bloat on it, but I always cycled off on a cut to be safe. Looks like I'll be putting a tsp in my coffee every morning fo lyfe now lol

    Holy shit lol. That's like 100 g per day! I bet you could've shit through a screen door without hitting a wire!

    Nice. My cuts usually never get below 10% anyway, so I don't know why I'm even worried about bloat. And by "usually", I mean never.

    I got legs today, too. I was supposed to do them yesterday, but I played Xbox for about 12 hrs lol. Gotta workout the thumbs, too man!
