I've had the IndelB 41 for about 2 years. The Dan Foss compressor is awesome. Very low amp draw, compared to older 12v fridges. Most fridges today have the Dan Foss compressor. Only complaint is the capacity, which would be no problem with the 51. You guys will be stoked!

There is a 7-11 every 1/8 mile on every single street. Crazy!

There is a chance I could get one, just depends on the finances at the time. What would be the final price at 25%?

Do you have a dual battery setup? Do you just leave it on the most economic setting over night? That's the only thing I'm worried about, I will just have to make sure my battery jumper has a full charge!

That's what I'm worried about as well. Might have to look into a dual battery set up.

I think if you're not 100% ready to do a true dual battery setup you could always just run a second battery that you could charge up before trips. I may go that route right away when I get the fridge

Ugh. Dual battery is very awesome. But man it's a a lot of dough, and wiring! Maybe it's time though. Once and for all, dual batt, new fridge. Go full expo!

They sell those in the states they aren't made by BMW, they probably just put that on there. They are Oreon motors, if you google Reeper they will show up.

Yeah, dual batteries. The 2009 MT OR Tacos have an nice void over the front passenger wheel well. Used a Napa auto battery tray and made a hold- down out of flat bar. Used a Blue Sea battery isolator- the cheaper one without the switch. Used a circuit breaker from Auto Zone, which is manufactured by the same company that supplies Blue Sea. About $20 cheaper. The biggest investment was the Diehard Platinum marine battery.

Dual batteries change the way you camp. I don't have to worry about the truck starting...ever. I usually keep the fridge in "Max" mode when driving, and switch to "Eco" mode when camping. The only time I drained the house battery was in Zion in June about 1.5 years ago. It was 90*, our site had no shade, and we were camped for 3 days in the same spot. Had to keep the fridge in "Max" mode to keep the food below 45*. A solar panel would have solved the issue, but I just started the truck and let it run for 15 minutes. We rarely stay in the same spot for more than 2 nights on road trips, so it hasn't been an issue since.
