It could be. I've considered the AllPros, but didn't know if they were equal to Dakars with the extra leaf. If they are stiffer with the same travel, I see them in my near future.

Expos have great travel but had to carry 200- 300 pounds in the bed of the truck to not be so stiff and bouncy.

With the weight they didnt sag hardly but gave me almost 5" of lift.

Sounds like these are the ones for me! I have a shell and plate rear bumper with a 35 at all times. It think it's all a bit over 300.

A little lift and a little armor
The Expos are made to hold standard 3'' lift with 400-500lbs in the bed at all times. From the web page: "On unloaded Tacomas, they will result in a 1" taller stance than the stated lift height of 3". The stated lift height is maintained with loads of 400-500 lbs of cargo."

Just seeing this post for the first time, I don't get notifications. With all of the leafs in my Dakar pack combined with the shackle flip w/ xj shackles and 10" stroke shocks, air bumps I use every inch of travel. My shocks are the limiting factor with droop. Any longer and I'd lose up travel, so mine is a happy medium. @ckeene9 has taller bumps and longer shocks so he gets a bit more droop, less up travel. If you remove the pack clamp bolts front and rear you can get a bit more flex. Ckeene did the leg work on that set up and I copied it.

Oh and with the effort spent to relocate shocks...only way I'd ever do it is with 14's through the bed with SUA/links or Chevy 63s SOA After seeing locos truck and hearing how much work it is...not worth it. My rear travel damn near matches my front +2 travel

Now if I was building a race truck that had class limitations, sure 12" relocate might be worth it..but my own stuff nah...wont notice an inch different of rear travel if the front cant keep up.

Boobs are good. I'm sure we can relate them to MT right? something like how much up and down travel each boob has when jumping. Sounds MT right?
