Looking to buy some new binoculars .............

    I am in the market for some binoculars at the moment.............can anyone here recommend a good pair.....they don't need night vision. I am looking for just an all around good pair that are pretty durable and work well........not some cheap bullshit I have ran into.........thanks...........

    getting there....
    i bought a pair of bushnells for hunting.......mid size set, and they are pretty damn clear......paid about $60 for them.

    My vote goes with the Bushnells also... They are some good binoculars if ya ask me!

    I think they were in the 650 $ range, and worth every penny. I have had them for several years now, and hunted with them countless times. I have had no issues at all.

    I have been through several cheaper binoculars that could not hold up to my abuse (probably my fault) and some of them have had collimation problems...in fact many low end binocs leave the factory with collimation problems (objectives don't point in the same direction), and its hard to notice it at the store.

    you might also look at Leica
