Next up, custom bumper! I know this isn't the for sale thread, but that place is dead...

I built this over the last couple months. I honestly just got it back from the powder coater two weeks ago. I am only selling it because the truck is getting a major remodel in the coming months and I no longer need this bumper. Should fit all 2nd gens, even the updated 12+ bumper/grill.

All custom make, 100% bolt on. 3/16" plate steel mounts, 1 1/2" tubing. The skid plate is 3/16" aluminum with all stainless counter sunk hardware. I put a lot of time and little details into this thing, and I get tons of compliments on it every where I go. Optional LEDs also available. 1 Cali Raised 32" dual row spot/flood combo. 1 Cali Raised 32" single row spot. 2 Cali Raised 18W spot pods.

Price is $800 with all the LEDs or $400 without. I am honestly going to lose money on this bumper. $550 in LEDs, $200 just for the material used for the skid plate, another $200 in other material and $150 for the powder coating. This still doesn't include the 20 hours I probably have into this thing. I am just trying to get a decent price for it and I think this is a killer deal. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Tactical Application Vehicles has a table, but I don't know if he is running it yet. Call Metal Supermarkets, they do cutting and a lot of other people that do as well.

Cantilever is a lot of work, make sure to pick up a big bucket of patients!!! If you need another set of eyes let me know. The building part is easy, but setting it up right takes a lot of trial and error.

    Hey Chris,

I've been thinking about a 40" single row spot/flood combo LED bar for the front end of my roof rack. A 32" might work as well. Would you mind sending me a text/PM with the options you have available?

What's everyone running for comms? CB or HAM or both?

I have a handheld Ham I can listen on but still need my license. I also have my cb I haven't installed yet from when I had the jeep. Just need a new coax.

CB's and two-ways on the runs that I've been on. The only guy I know of that has ever run a HAM was Jim (4Ripcord).
