I can spell, first of all. When the in-state rival is no. 7, yes it does make my season.

 

The spelling was only so you'd have to read it like the Awbuhn fans say it... not a crack on you.

Whatever makes your season is cool. I'd still hope that Richt's under-performing ass got run.

 

I hated that for you. I was really hoping LA State and their goofy-ass gold helmets would lose tonight.

 

Of course I'm not thrilled about our season, but its a good way to end it (depending on the bowl game)

Anytime you beat a hated rival, no matter the record, it feels good.

Especially after I sat through the game last year at OUR stadium and watched them beat us 45-42. Revenge is sweet!

 

oh yeah......both teams in the ACC championship just lost to the SEC today.

Honestly...give Washaun the ball and keep it the frig out of Joe Cox's hands. The first time they've done that all year and it's the best game they've played all year. Basically everyone in Bulldog Nation hates Joe Cox. Oh well...he'll be gone soon...

Considering it's Tech, and they're ranked #7 and ran for 419 yards on us last year, yea, it makes this season a little easier to handle, even though it was TERRIBLE.

I think Richt needs to stay, but Martinez and Bobo need to go. Tonight was the first game Martinez's defense stepped up and played ball. Other than tonight, the D was terrible. Recovered 1 fumble before tonight. Had fewer than 10 takeaways if I'm not mistaken (Fewest in the nation), and couldn't get to the QB. Time to bring in someone new. If Bobo hadn't lost his job before last week, the toss sweep call at the goal line should have cost him his job. Then tonight he calls a screen play on 3rd down when they should have been running the ball again and almost cost us another game.

On a brighter note...how bout the SEC over all those ACC teams today? 2 Unranked SEC teams over 2 ranked ACC teams, and of course UF over FSU. All I can say for Next week is ROLL TIDE...then it's Horns Down for UT in January.

 

If you like shitty QB play. It was a good game but goddamn both QB sucked. I guess they never learned you are supposed to throw the ball so it can be caught.

 

I think we're probably lookin at the Music City Bowl. Yay!!

 

Cincy sure has hell didnt like the backyard brawl. Im sure that hurts their case to jump TCU if they beat Pitt now that Pitt has 2 losses and will have 3 if that is the case. Not like it matters tho because TCU wont get a NC game.

Beating AU in a down year would feel good. I can certainly understand that. I was just saying that some teams LIVE to beat their rival, and some teams want more than that. Your original comment made you sound like the former, which is how I view many AU fans. I absolutely agree that it could make a bad season a little better.

Not sure who you're calling a random horns hater. I have no issue w/ the horns, until they play my team or another SEC team. (Or Nebraska or Kansas... where my parents went to school.)
