    The only reason I don't use it a lot is because the weights stack on it vertically and it's a bitch to put them on and take them off. You can't put 2 45's on top of each other because you almost have to get a damn flat head screwdriver to get your fingers in between them. You have to put smaller weights in between them...it's just a PITA. I might use it today lol

    I love the supercat. Used it all the time in high school. Helps with explosiveness and vertical, for sure. (Not that any of that matters now that I'm old, but a big vertical is nice for a shorty like me when we play pick up volleyball games at the Rec center.)

    That's what I want it for. I do box jumps and use weights on those but I don't think my shins can take it much more. I am running out of skin layers to cover my actual bone

    Just joined the "over ear headphone club". I got pissed today doing front squats with my current ones. Can't really hold the bar on my collar bones when my headphones are sitting there. Got some cheap(ish) wireless Bluetooth ones. $50 from Wal mart

    I had that issue last week too doing front squats. I tucked them in my shirt collar and it helped some.

    I worked out in a hoodie today (hood up obv) and couldn't help think of all you fools who wear your headphones on the outside lol

    I always tuck them under my shirt collar anyway. It doesn't help with front squats for me.

    And I never work out in a hoodie. Always a t shirt or cut off

    I had a cutoff under the hoodie, which I eventually shed. It was cold up here today so it took me longer to get warm than usual. You can always tell how hard someone is going by the size of the clothes stack in the corner

    I usually shed any Long sleeves as soon as I come in the door.

    It's also always like 73-75 in the gym...so I'm always on fire.

    Started some crazy ass workout today that my friends older brother and his brother in law (who is a personal trainer) designed and damn. It's one of the craziest workouts I've ever seen but it apparently works. It's a big jumble of high weight low rep and low weight high rep, and everyday is pretty much a full body workout.
