How many miles you have on those tires to date?

I have just over 40K on the michelins now and I won't put them through next winter. Will be looking to replace them around September and will probably be sitting around 50K.

 

I have the F-150 ecoboost and there is only one plow out there that works with it. Wouldn't trust it though with blocking the intercooler

 

Safe bet. Even if you can get more miles out of them, tires inherently get hard as they age so it's much safer to replace them when they reach about that many miles. I would always keep the old tires if they are in OK shape and sell them on CL to offset the cost of the new set.

 

I hope it keeps going up!! I got a new stick I want to ride!!

 

Probably about 55k on them now and I was ok going into to winter with them. I'm guessing they'll have 65-70k before I replace them. I won't go into next winter with them.

Does anyone actually think that wide of a stance looks good on a Tacoma?

 

Only if it has something to back it up, like a mean lift and a solid axle swap up front. Stock, I don't see the point other than wanting to sand blast the side of the truck.

 

Mine doesn't look to bad with 6" BDS lift and 35's line X helps with anything thrown up off the tires!

 

Love the Line X. I always thought that looked great by following the lines of the truck!

 

I think they just announced MOOSE ON THE LOOSE didnt they? It's a three day event I think. Sort of a 4x4 rally with scoring of teams. Rich LaRusso and John Rodriqes do it

Windy as hell last night. Drifts almost completely across my road, and even the main road where they'd punched them back was drifting over again by the hay fields. I actually ran the plow truck up and down my road before I left for work so that the GF (and probably a few of my neighbors) could get out.

 

Not much snow here more like an inch of ice covering the ground

 

We had a couple of inches of really fluffy stuff that fell on Monday, and that's what was blowing around last night.

 

A shop down the street from my work just got a load of Ruger AR-556 rifles in. I always said I was going to build my own to save money, but I haven't watched/ read one bad thing about this gun... For $630, think I should just pull the trigger on one and wait till I have the appropriate funds to build one some day?
