I had the stock TRD rims on for a week or so before I got my new wheels and tires. This is what it looked like with the ToyTec 3" lift and stock wheels/tires:

No, actually, the road is level, but I'm parked on a curve, so it makes the truck look like it's going downhill. Hmm...never noticed that. Kind of like an illusion.

Without trimming? Stock size (265/75) and 265/75s.

You can fit 285/75 tires with wheel spacers and light trimming.

That really depends on the tire. 285/75/16 Michelin LTX A/T will rub on the upper control arm, even with 1/4" spacers. The other issue with stock rims & spacers is the taper on the inside of the rim. The spacer will keep the rim from centering down onto the hub and will result in an out-of-balance situation (actually an out-of-round) that will shake and eat up the tires. IMHO, stay with stock tires or change out the rims to 4 1/2" back-spaced replacements.

What would I have to do to fit rims that are 18x9 zero offset with 325/60-18 tires? This would be with a 3 inch lift with the UCA's from Toytec. Kinda looks like it would fit in the back no prob, but might rub the suspension in the front.

hey guys. those are some nice trucks with stock wheels. I am putting the 3in toytec lift on and cant do new rims yet. I have the alum stock 17in wheels on my06 DC. What would be the tire size to run?? I really like the way the silver truck looks with the BFG's. What size are those?

Great thread. I was concerned about the looks of my truck because I want to lift it but can't justify new wheels and tires until the stock set has worn down. I'm no longer concerned. All the outfits pictured here look great.
