That's the type of deal I would like. Nice job!
I'm on cargurus presently. When a truck disappears from the listings. I call the dealer and check to see if they sold it. I'll keep looking. I'm being patient. Seeing the 2016 and reading about its features got me fired up on new. My last truck finance was 4.5% on 17k. Toyota financial. I Will work for better rate this time. As years have past my credit rating is kick ass now.

My bank has loans starting at 1.49 (on a new vehicle) for their lower-term (36mo) loans. Used vehicles are normally a bit higher, and then 60-72 month loans getting a bit higher, as well. With good credit, you should be able to destroy your previous rate of 4.5.

I just bought a 2015 DCSB TRD Sport(18k miles) with most of the bells and whistles. Listed at 37,800. It was certified preowned thru toyota so it still had most of the factory warranty. I got them to lower it to 36,500. with 2.9% APR. Then I added the 96 month/ 100k miles bumper to bumper for 3k. I'm kinda kicking myself for not getting them to go lower. Idk what do u guys think?20151103_134648.jpg

I paid 33.5 OTD [taxes ect included] for my 15''DCSB TRD Off Road. Since the tax alone was around $1900 I figure I didn't do to bad. I really had to work for the price, put 50% down, financed the rest thru Toyota but that'll be paid off in one more payment. [financed for 4 years, will pay it off in 3 payments, 2 are already paid]

I did about the same on my 2015 dcsb sport. 2% interest from my credit union. Half down and will be owned in 36 payments... 26 to go...

Sold my 09 for 18k and bought this for same price of new Tacoma at 36k
My uncle worked for GM so that influenced my decision somewhat.
But it turns out they are discounting these trucks by 10 to 15k of msrp.
And I learned after purchase crew Silverado's are made in Mexico! I'm not going to recommend Purchasing a Chevy until I get at least 80k trouble free miles. I already blew the rear shocks out. Lol
I miss my 4 banger but needed something bigger for family. At 45 years young I end up getting married with a 1 year old and another boy on the way!!!
I never would have imagined. It's never too late!

Two months ago I looked at used Tacoma's while waiting for mine to be serviced. Curious what the dealers pricing was like on a Tacoma like mine a 2013 Pre-Runner TRD OR access cab. Found 3 and all were priced higher than the window sticker on mine when it was brand new. One was an exact match and the 2 others slightly different, a double cab and the other had a better sound system, one of those two had 60,000+k miles.

Then looked for a new 2016, found 2, both 2 wheel drive double cab TRD's priced at $48k.

I think so. I can say that because I spent 31 years of my life there. My dealer here has 4WD SR5 '16's for $36k MSRP. Of course, I would never buy one because I think they are ugly as sin, but thats a story for another day.

    Just racks for now....
I purchased my '14 this June for 29,500. Sticker was 31,000. I also got 2k more for my trade than local dealers were offering. Dealer was able to beat my credit union financing and came in at 1.9%. I'm happy with the results.
