    What was your PR?

    I'm 5'8 (although my license says 5'10) 165ish and according to my calipers I stay around 10% BF. Wish I had your definition, gotta be those extra 2inches helping lean you out. All my mass gets lumped up on my short frame.

    I'm at 13.5% right now. Highest I've been in a while. Also weigh the most I've ever weighed, though.

    I did 185x12 (that was my pr)
    Then I did 205x5 (previous pr, I tried for 6 but failed)
    225x1

    I've never measured my bf so idk. My cousin works at Duke and he can hook me up with a discount on one of those pods. Next time I cut I'll probably try those to measure.

    Cut-offs is all I wear lol. I do have a few bb.com shirts that I like, but they're really tight and make me look fat lol. I'll break those back out in the cutting season

    jelly of dem cut legs. I'm excited to cut now that I've put a lot of mass on my quads this year. Gonna start that shit around March probably

    How much does your bf change every week? I might get one of these. I might get disappointed when I find out what my bf is. I think I'm around 10-12ish

    You look sub 10% easily

    Week over week it doesn't change much. <1% but I track my weight so it's nice to see the BF% stay consistent while my weight goes up and the app keeps both so I just log it. Only takes like a min to pinch a few spots and it calculates the BF% for me.

    I got one of the caliper things "for free" by ordering over like $50 @ bb.com. I did it back before my weeding and was around 10-11%. Now, I'm not even going to do it b/c I did one of the handheld ones at the gym a few weeks ago and it said 16% :anonymous:

    @tacopaulo, I'd say you're definitely no higher than 11%. I'd guess 9-10%.

    Still undecided about the headphones.

    The sound is a shit ton better than my LGs though. So that's a plus
