Budget Method To Run 285/60/18?

    I know jack about lifts. Ive read through the stickies, etc. but havent seemed to find the answer Im looking for. Id like to run a 285/60/18 setup for a truck that does minimum off-roading (mostly pulling a 20ft boat).

    I dont really consider myself a "lift" guy, so Im just looking for the minimum I need to do to run this setup, and how much its going to cost me.

    Thanks for any insight! (and for your patience with my stupid question)

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    You should be fine running the Bilstien 5100's set at 2.5". Then, a 1.5" AAL for the rear, along with 5100's should be fine.

    Only the fronts can be set for height. You would need to run an add a leaf in the rear. :)

    Lifting it would look better, but you can run that size tire with some trimming. When I had my '06 I ran it that way for a couple months. I had to take the mud flaps off and trim both the front and back of the fender flares.
