Christmas Cube Lights

I was in a holiday craft store the other day and I saw these things called Ice Cubes, and I thought they would be a great idea for gifts! Until I looked at the rice and saw that they were $40 dollars. I looked everywhere for these things and no matter where I went they were all extremely expensive. So I came up with the idea of making my own and selling them for half the price ($20)!! I have all of the parts to make them and they would be great gifts! Right now my supplies are limited and I do not want to go out and spend a ton of money to make them and they not sale. So I thought I would ask my friends on here and see if anybody was interested. So if you are then just send me a PM or post on here! And if I get enough positive responses then I will make them and sell them for $20(as long as prices stay the way they are).

 

Yea, I went and bought a special bit that is made the drill these! First one I did with a regular drill bit and I about lost a hand!

 

Oh yeah guys, these would be great for your girlfriends and wife's!! You could even tell them that you were the one who made it lol!!!!

 

And as an incentive, everyone that votes(yes or no) will be put into a drawing for one free ice cube block. But this is only if I get enough support to buy them!

personally i wouldnt buy one but if you can make the same item for cheaper than you can get in a store, im sure you could sell them on here and at local craft fairs or something like that

 

I would, but I don't have any $$ I'd love to get one for my Grandmother for Christmas.

It is for decoration. My mom has one on all of the bathroom counters and she stuck one under the tree to look like a lighted present. They are really nice and look great in all homes!

i say hell yeah go for it. any way to make a few bucks and have fun doing something in the process is always worth it.

What are they?

 

They are Christmas decorations. They are 8 x 8 x 4 inch glass tiles with christmas lights in them and a nice bow on top!
