The situation, which has been previously mentioned, is thus: we currently have about 48 trucks on the camping list. The Holder Mine Campground only has about 15-20 RV sites and there's no guarantee we will have the campground to or selves. Those of us going early are going to try to spread out as much as possible to tooccupy as many RV sites as possible. Those of you coming later might wantto try to buddy up with an early arrival to share a site. I'll start with the folks Iknow off the top of my head will bethere early. Just cut and paste the lists into a new post and add yourself onyour preferred spot. I think@michaelrussell and @Alfuh will be there early, but I'm not positive.

And because there can never be enough lists :

If you want to be in the pin-striping, ain't skeerd of a little mud on the trail, trail exploration group (lots of riding with minimal stopping) on Saturday, put yer name on this list. @Rattletrap66, @GuyHuey and any one I forgot that has volunteered to be a trail guide, you guys don't have to get on the list. This is mainly to see how many we are going to have to divide between us. The other types of groups, aka: the ones that want to avoid the tight trails and pin striping are kinda on their own at the moment since nobody has stepped forward to lead them.

I've never been out with you guys, and I don't think I'm as intense as most of you guys are. I own a buffer but Idk how much pinstriping I want right now. But I also don't want to end up driving around on the flat roads all day. Lol. I'm assuming I'll fall into that 2nd category that was posted earlier.

Ball joint spacers and lift blocks, am I doing it right?

Sadly I might not be able to go this year. We're in the middle of launching an enterprise wide software system at work and it's going less than stellar to say the least. All PTO has been put on hold.

I'll know more toward the end of next week. :(

Question for all of you experienced off-roaders...... I don't mind pin-stripping, I don't like water and a little bit of mud is ok, my biggest concern is that I am 2 wheel drive and I would not want to slow anyone down if I were to get stuck, so are these lists going to be divided amongst 2wd but capable of doing most and 4wd doing all??

Trust me I know how to use that peddle, but sometimes shit happens and that little peddle doesn't help much. I will be bringing stuff to get me unstuck in case I do get stuck.

Say it ain't so! Man, that really sucks.:( I hope it works out that you can go.

Bullshit! He's a 1st Gen. He's in my group. :luvya:

There's not a whole lot of water at Citrus. Yeah, there's a little out there, but it's something you usually have to go off the trail to deliberately drive into. The exception to that is the intersection of trail 20 and trail 15. I don't think any of us has what it takes to get through that monster. It probably requires a minimum of 39.5 Boggers to get through it.

Anyway, the places where there's mud on the trails usually have bypasses.

For the record, Citrus mud sucks. It usually has a hard clay hump between the ruts and once you set the axles down on it your done. There's no scratching and clawing your way through. You either go through easily or you don't have enough ground clearance to go at all. At least that's been my experience with it.

Don't sweat it if you get stuck. That's why we're out there. Most of the challenging stuff has bypasses if you don't think you want to try it.
