Mines off and I really enjoy the ride with it off. As long as you don't act stupid you'll be fine. But anyways the Offroad ride is a lot better.

I'm with Matt. I took mine off of my DB truck and my new truck and never looked back. You notice it the most on turns but that's it.

There is no quick disconnect for the Tacoma but it is easy to take off provided nothing is siezed to the spindle.

My sway bar is seized in the spindle. Any tricks to getting it out? I've tried lots of PB blaster and a rachet mounted allen head. Nothing. I'm about to just grind the end off and twist it off from the front......

I was worried about this because of the design. I greased mine up before I installed them. Probably have to cut it off and use vise grip to remove from the other side like you said.

Right. I'm in Utah so a few years worth of snow and salt have likely contributed to it being rusted in. Nothing worse than a rusty hole.....

I see a lot of people remove the fender flares. Is there a decent benefit from this?

Flare removal is not always by choice. 35s like to remove them for you. Some just don't want to cut 2" of them off so they pull them.

So there's about 2" of clearance to gain from this

Well there is a bit more trimming needed. The flare still has fender behind it that will touch a 35x12.50

Fabtech 6" kit in the background was taller than I expected.

My old YouTube (wouldn't let me sign in since its been years) has few old vids. Build page has vids. The new YouTube is just of the pitty.
