Good luck with that. If you thought the tweak in you old relentless number was bad after winching too mush just wait and see what happens with the Dakar.

Man I haven't talked to him in years probably lol. I'll shoot him a text. Can't be anything a little.extra welding can't fix? Its really the only production bumper I like on the market.

I feel the same about it from an aesthetic perspective. However after seeing its weaknesses... No, no sir.

I'm no structural or mechanical engineer, but "a little extra welding" may not be enough to correct a fundamental design flaw. :notsure:

I texted Adrian to talk to him about it. I bent the relentless by using a 12k lb winch with a heavy anchor pulling another anchor out of mud. The weakest part in the chain were the mounts and frame so I don't blame the bumper for tweaking a little.
The winch I'm looking at purchasing next is only 9-10k so it'd be less stress.
Don't really know what else I'd order if Adrian tells me to stay away from the CBI. Everything else is just meh and doesn't fit the tacos front end IMO.

You bent the relentless bumper because you didn't install frame supports like I told you too.

Don't like em. Have seen 2 in person and not a fan at all. Proportions just don't seem right.

Really really like the CBI Dakar :pout:
May be stupid and order it anyway and try to make it work... Idk.

I would like to see the Dakar design in solidworks and have the stress tests run on it with 12k being pulled on it
