    That's good for mudding. Not sure if you want to spend this much but I would get the brushless slash coming out soon. It's also shaft driven 4x4.

    I got a chunk of plastic, wire, lithium, liquid poly, and a hand written pic of what the thing should look like. I had to melt down the plastic to form the parts, make my own springs from the wire, build the batteries, and fabricate a radio with parts from my "FU PUto" Home electronics kit. :cool:

    yeah the 2x4 is brush less and is a little over 200 i think the new 4x4 one is about 400 i think. ill have to look again

    Mine is a Duratrax. I bought it rtr when I was in like the 3rd grade. If I were to do it again I would get a kit. I'm really familiar with all the parts though, specifically the transmission. It seems that I'm rebuilding it every couple of sets of batteries. I think I have it just right now though.
