@3378jakesr5 if glare is an issue with our light bars do you think you could make something like this?

Just ordered a 42" curved shield. The moment I first turned my light bar on I knew the glare had to go.

    Great idea for a product!

    thanks for the support guys!

Sorry I have been lagging on responding to emails and to shipping out orders. I work more than full time so responding and shipping quickly is hard for me... This website/product/business is not really a money maker, but more of a service to the offroad community...

Yes I am still making the product, I have a full inventory, check out http://www.justoffroad.org/store.html for prices... or just email me at justinryanvalencia@yahoo.com with what you need and I will get you hooked up

price is $85, anybody who sends me pics of the visor installed on their truck as a finished product for me to put on the website will get $5 bucks back..

Finally got mine installed. Had to enlarge the side mounting holes on mine for my light bars, middle sags a little bit so gonna see if there's any wind noise or not.

Curious on my 50inch, 1 side I mounted on the 1st set of bolts and on the other side I had to mount it on the 2nd set...is that correct? Or is my lightbar off...

    A couple notes:

    - I'd be nice if the slots were sized for an M8 bolt, rather than M6. Seems like most light bars have M8 bolts.
    - I had to bend the end brackets out pretty significantly to fit around my 42" bar.
    - Mine was flapping around in the wind like crazy. So much so that I pulled over and unbolted it. I'll have to figure out how to get it mounted more snugly to the bar and put a brace in there.

It really does get rid of the glare though. Way, way better in that department.

I'm thinking I might have to do quick disconnects anyways to just throw my bar on when I go offroad. If its flapping around like crazy...

I suggest drilling a hole in the center of the visor and the lightbar itself, and use a small bolt with some washers to get rid of the flap, sag, or rattle... this has been my number one complaint, ill get some pics of of the fix..
